What Ashrafies are

Ashrafie is the loyalty, recognition and rewards layer of the HajiQ ecosystem. Ashrafies are recognition units that reflect your participation across HajiQ brands. They are not money, currency, or a financial instrument.

Holding Ashrafies does not create a spendable cash balance. Ashrafies are not a deposit, e-money, security, or stored-value payment product, and they carry no ownership, equity, or claim against AmalQ or any HajiQ brand.

No cash value

Ashrafies have no monetary or cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, sold, exchanged, transferred between accounts, or converted into money or any cash equivalent.

Ashrafies exist only within the HajiQ ecosystem and can be used only in the ways described in these terms.

How you earn Ashrafies

You earn Ashrafies through qualifying participation across HajiQ brands -- for example AmalQ, Nuriqa, Qulzi, Gazian Water and HajiPay. The activities that qualify, and the rates at which Ashrafies are awarded, are defined by AmalQ.

AmalQ may introduce, change, cap, suspend, or discontinue earning rules and rates at any time. Ashrafies awarded in error, or through activity that is later reversed, cancelled, or refunded, may be adjusted or removed.

Redemption in Phase 1

During Phase 1, the way to redeem Ashrafies is by directing them as a donation to an approved cause of your choice within the platform. No other redemption method is available in Phase 1.

Redemption is voluntary and, once confirmed, final: donated Ashrafies cannot be reversed, refunded, or restored to your balance. Available causes are curated and approved by AmalQ.

Recognition, milestones and future phases

Badges and milestones recognise your participation today. Additional recognition -- such as tiers, status levels, and further reward options -- is part of the vision we are building toward.

Features described as upcoming or "coming soon" are not guaranteed, may change, and are not part of any current commitment. We will not describe a feature as live before it is actually available.

Responsible use

Ashrafies are intended for genuine participation. Manipulating, gaming, or automating activity to generate Ashrafies, or obtaining them through fraud, abuse, or system error, is not permitted.

AmalQ may investigate suspected abuse and may freeze, adjust, void, or reclaim Ashrafies, and suspend or close accounts, where abuse, error, or a breach of these terms is identified.

Changes to these terms

AmalQ may update these terms and the Ashrafie programme from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised update date.

Your continued participation in the Ashrafie programme after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
