User Responsibilities
All users are expected to conduct themselves with integrity (Istiqamah) and honesty (Sidq), reflecting the highest Islamic values.
Truthful Information
Provide accurate and truthful information in all campaigns, donations, and communications.
Islamic Conduct
Conduct yourself in accordance with Islamic principles and maintain respectful interaction with all community members.
Legal Compliance
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Account Security
Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Prohibited Activities
Do not engage in fraud, money laundering, or any activities that violate Islamic principles or legal requirements.
Islamic Compliance Requirements
All activities on AmalQ must comply with Islamic principles as determined by our scholar board and established Islamic jurisprudence.
Purposes Aligned with Islamic Values
Campaigns must be for legitimate Islamic charitable purposes including Zakat, Sadaqah, Waqf, and humanitarian aid.
Prohibited Purposes
Campaigns for interest-based activities (Riba), gambling (Maysir), excessive uncertainty (Gharar), or any Haram activities are strictly prohibited.
Scholar Review Process
All campaigns undergo mandatory review by qualified Islamic scholars before approval.
Ongoing Monitoring
Campaigns are subject to ongoing monitoring to ensure continued compliance with Islamic principles.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding Islamic compliance will be resolved through consultation with our scholar board.
Campaign Guidelines
Campaign creators must adhere to strict guidelines that ensure transparency, accountability, and Islamic compliance.
Campaign Approval
All campaigns require approval before going live and must meet our Islamic compliance and quality standards.
Fund Usage
Funds must be used exactly as described in the campaign and in accordance with Islamic principles.
Regular Updates
Campaign creators must provide regular updates on fund usage and project progress.
Documentation Requirements
Maintain proper documentation and receipts for all expenditures and be prepared to provide them upon request.
Refund Obligations
In cases where campaign goals cannot be met, funds must be returned to donors or redirected to similar Islamic charitable purposes with donor consent.
Donation Terms
Donations made through AmalQ are considered charitable gifts (Sadaqah) given with the intention of seeking Allah's pleasure and reward.
Donation Intent
All donations should be made with sincere intention (Niyyah) for the sake of Allah and to benefit the Muslim community.
Tax Implications
Donors are responsible for understanding and complying with tax implications of their donations in their jurisdiction.
Refund Policy
Donations may be refunded in specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy, considering both legal and Islamic perspectives.
Anonymous Donations
Donors may choose to give anonymously, following the Islamic principle that private charity is often more virtuous.
Platform Fees & Charges
Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and minimal, ensuring maximum benefit reaches those in need while maintaining platform sustainability.
Processing Fees
Minimal processing fees to cover payment processing and platform maintenance costs.
Fee Transparency
All fees are clearly disclosed before donation completion, with no hidden charges.
Islamic Perspective
Our fee structure has been reviewed by Islamic scholars to ensure it does not constitute prohibited interest (Riba).
Fee Waivers

Harassment, abuse, threats, or any form of harmful behavior towards other users or platform staff.
System Abuse
Attempts to hack, spam, or otherwise abuse platform systems or security measures.
Legal Violations
Any activities that violate local, national, or international laws and regulations.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in accordance with Islamic principles of justice (Adl) and reconciliation (Sulh).
Internal Resolution
We encourage users to first attempt resolution through our internal dispute resolution process.
Islamic Mediation
For Islamic compliance disputes, our scholar board will provide guidance and mediation services.
Legal Proceedings
If internal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or legal proceedings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AmalQ is incorporated, with consideration for Islamic principles.
Platform Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate platform services while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing charitable activities.
Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with appropriate notice to users.
Account Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with consideration for ongoing charitable obligations.
Data Preservation
In case of service termination, we will provide reasonable time for users to retrieve their data and complete ongoing campaigns.
Ongoing Obligations
Termination does not relieve users of ongoing obligations related to campaigns or donations.
